Ossylyn “Ossy” Trigueros
Ossy started her career in the Restaurant Industry about 11 years ago in the BOH as prep, line cook. After two years, she switched to FOH as a waitress in her effort to provide the best dining experience for every guest, especially when it comes to pairing food and drinks. Four years later, Ossy became a bartender at CPSteak where she went on to become Captain before moving to Del Campo to continue to pursue her love for creating cocktails.
She has continued to pursue her passion, leading the bar program at Thompson Italian. Ossy invites everyone to try our Famous Olive Oil Martini (refusing to share the secret recipe!) and the Black
Manhattan with nice bold, spice and elegant tasting notes. Cheers!
