Executive Pastry Chef

An Arlington, VA native, Katherine graduated first in her class from the Culinary Institute of America and was nominated for the James Beard Award for Outstanding Pastry Chef in 2020. She has previously worked at Thomas Keller’s Per Se, Del Posto and Italian Wine Merchants. She co-Founded Epicurean Management in NYC, and was the Executive Pastry Chef for dell’anima, L’Artusi and L’Apicio.

Katherine co-authored Downtown Italian and was featured in the cookbook Women Chefs of New York. Her desserts have been published in Food and Wine, The Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, The Washington Post and Northern Virginia Magazine.
